Here we will be comparing the Google search results for “SEO company” in 10 different cities. Some big, some small. This is one of the toughest niches to rank in out there!  

You will notice that ACME web agency and a Los Angeles based company are the only two SEO companies in our research that were able to get ahead of Google maps in the search results! That’s some pretty good company!

We called the SEO company in Los Angeles that is above the Google maps like us (below right) and asked for a ball-park figure of how much it would be to optimize our fictitious Hair Salon for “Hair Salons in Los Angeles”. We know it’s wrong to make up an imaginary business but this is what we do for you, our prospective client.

After a couple hail Mary’s and a lot of back and forth talk about all the work involved in SEO (search engine optimization) we were told it would be between $2,200 and $10,000 a month for the SEO services, yikes thats a lot of free haircuts! They did have an impressive phone system however, which eventually put us in contact with the CEO of the company.

At the end of the day it’s pretty clear to see that we can give you a lot more bang for your buck!
